Characteristics of automated production line

1. The process operation and auxiliary work of the products or parts at each station, as well as the transportation between stations, can be carried out automatically, with a high degree of automation.

2. The production rhythm is more strict, and the residence time of products or parts in each processing position is equal or multiples.

3. The product objects are usually fixed, or change within a small range, and it takes a lot of time to artificially adjust when changing the variety.

4. The whole line has a unified control system, and the electromechanical integration technology is generally adopted.

5. The initial investment in the automated production line is relatively high.
