The purpose of using an automatic production line is to improve production efficiency. Sometimes the operation efficiency of the automatic production line will be greatly affected if the factory does not use the automatic production line. The following six factors mainly affect the operating efficiency of automatic production lines:
1. Failure loss of automatic production line
This is the loss of time caused by sudden or chronic failures, and it is also a direct loss of total production reduction due to time loss.
2. Production adjustment loss of automatic production line (or unplanned time loss)
This is the loss associated with unplanned production change and shutdown, and is the time loss outside the production adjustment time specified by the design.
3. Sudden stop and idling loss of automatic production line
The sudden stop of the equipment is different from the failure. The loss of the state of the equipment stopped due to temporary reasons is called the sudden stop loss. In order to reduce the sudden stop of the equipment, it is necessary to analyze various phenomena and thoroughly eliminate small defects to achieve the goal of zero sudden stop. Especially in equipment that implements human operation, a sudden stop of zero is a necessary condition.
4. Speed loss of automatic production line
The equipment does not reach the design speed and the loss of actual design production capacity.
5. Repair loss of waste and defective products of automatic production line
The loss of production due to the occurrence of defective products and the need to repair is called the loss of defective products repair.
6. Equipment start-up loss
It is the loss that occurs at the beginning of the production operation, that is, the loss in the period of time from the start of the operation to the precise production of the product.
