1. The safety factor of the conveyor belt of the automated production line

Automated production line The large-inclination automatic line has a broken belt accident, which is far more harmful than a horizontal conveyor. Therefore, the safety factor of the conveyor belt should take a larger value. However, the safety factor should not be too large, because the automatic production line takes a larger safety factor, which means that a higher specification (strength) conveyor belt should be selected. The greater the strength of the conveyor belt, the greater the thickness, the greater the lateral stiffness, and the worse the grooveability. When the limit is exceeded, the automated production line cannot ensure that the conveyor belt effectively clamps the material. Therefore, when the conveyor belt is too strong to be grooved according to the design requirements, the automated production line must consider other measures to not only meet the strength requirements of the conveyor belt, but also meet the requirements for groove formation.

2. Simulated friction factor of automated production line

The simulated friction factor of the automated production line conveyor directly affects the determination of main parameters such as driving power, belt strength, and backstop torque. Compared with ordinary production lines, automated production lines use deep groove roller sets and other devices. When calculating the rated working conditions, the simulated friction factor should be considered to take a larger value. When the automated production line calculates the backstop conditions, the simulated friction factor is related to the safety of the system, and should be a smaller value.

3. Belt speed of automated production lines

The belt speed of the automated production line not only affects the conveying capacity, driving power and other performance indicators of the conveyor, but also affects the selection of components such as rollers and automatic assembly line conveyor belts. For large inclination automatic production lines, the size of the belt speed also affects the stability of material transportation. In the blanking section of the automatic assembly line, due to the relative speed difference between the material and the conveyor belt, the friction provided by the higher belt speed may not be able to overcome the inertial force of the material itself and the material cannot maintain the synchronous operation with the conveyor belt. As a result, the material cannot be transported. Therefore, it is not appropriate to choose a higher belt speed for the automated production line.

4. The sag of the conveyor belt of the automated production line

The greater the sag of the conveyor belt of the automated production line, the greater the angle of the conveyor belt when it enters the roller group, and the more unstable the material. Therefore, the sag should be selected to a smaller value during the design and calculation of the automated production line. Of course, it can not be too small, otherwise the strength of the conveyor belt will increase and the trough formation will be affected.
